+- SchoolContext for scoped operations.
+- No direct HTTP/global state in domain services.
+- Controller layer delegates to contracts.
+- Wrong-school access tests for scoped data.
+- Sensitive data is permission-controlled.
+- New routes appear in route inventory and OpenAPI.
+
